VIRGINS OF REVELATION

1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.
4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth.
Rev 14:1, 4 (KJV)

The 144,000 that did not defile themselves with woman is not talking about 144,000 virgins.

4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled
Heb 13:4 (KJV)

Woman in prophecy is the church. We have Jesus as the groom and the church as the bride. We have ten virgins, five made it and five didn’t. Thus woman is the church whether good or bad. But, what is a bad church?

7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. 8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do. 9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
Mark 7:7-9 (KJV)

4 ...lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
2 Tim 3:4-5 (KJV)

So a bad church are people who rather play in the things of the world giving only a little amount of time to God. Also, they teach (and the people follow) the commandments of men; which is to say doctrine of men, church doctrine. Thus these churches have a form of godliness but lack the power of Christ.

The 144,000 will not follow the doctrine of man; rather they will follow the doctrine of Jesus; which incidentally includes: “if you love me keep my commandments” (John 14:15, 21), help those in need (Matt 24), should not be war mongers (Matt 5:38-39), love should be our primary goal towards one another (Matt 5:43-44), and desire to spend more time with God, leaving behind the things of this world (1 John 2:15; 2 Tim 3:4). This list is FAR from inclusive!
